Superb flat for just 65 000 £

    By means of this website, I am delighted to show you – in view of selling – a superb 2  bedroom flat, but – at the same time – a true bargain, taking into account that a one room / studio flat is assessed between 25 000 £ - 40 000 £. It is the perfect flat for the businessman who needs to be close to the city centre, due to his businesses, for the young man willing to be in the centre of fun, and for the retired person, willing to be close to nature. You have all these and many more in Brasov and I will present them in another page. The selling of the flat is performed as such, furnished and with all the house appliances included.

    The flat is located in the city of Brasov, Romania, in Noua neighbourhood, in a villa-type   building. The building has 4 floors and the flat is situated on the top floor, half of the view being to the east and half to the west – consequently, half of the flat is sunny in the morning, while the other half is sunny in the afternoon. The neighbours are extremely calm, most of them working during the day. img1aThey are clerks, businessmen, and retired people, the age average being 40. Due to the fact that the entry to the building is realized by means of an intercom, the common building areas are extremely clean and safe at the same time, being upkept by an employee of the owners’ association. The building has also one common terrace on each floor, used by the three families living on that floor. There are also some additions to structure used by all the people living in the building. Another common “part” is also the parking lot in front of the building. If you pay a fee to the City Hall, you will even have your own parking place. Another great advantage is the space above the flat, which could be yours if you manage to agree with the owners below the flat. Thus, by paying a small amount you could set up another flat.

    With your permission, I will further on detail on the flat. Let’s get it started: the flat has a surface of 77.72 sq.m, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a hallway, and 2  terraces. The flat has double glazing windows, a metallic door, central heating, tiles in the hallway, kitchen, and in both bathrooms, as well as laminated parquet in the bedrooms and in the living room. img1b The flat is insulated from a thermal point of view, due to the fact that it is situated “between flats”, but also to the fact that the rearrangement of the terraces and the set up of argon double glazing windows (providing an additional degree of thermal protection) have required this. The insulation has been performed with polystyrene and with basalt wool. Also, the roof above the flat has been partly refurbished, the roof tiles and the boards being replaced.

    The living room is a combination of cosy and modern styles; the orange colour, the adjustable light of the light spots, the nut-coloured furniture in contrast with the grey colour (cool and impersonal), and the white neon lights create a pleasant and welcoming contrast. The orange and grey vertical shutters match the living room. img1c The bar set up on the terrace and tiled with sandstone imitating rock adds additional cosiness to this flat in the cold winter nights when you can taste a glass of brandy here, together with your family. Each living room area is individually illuminated. The natural plants and flowers liven up the living room and maintain its beauty, as a whole. The big double glazing windows provide the optimal lighting during the day, but also the sound insulation.

    The marital bedroom is also enlarged, in the same manner as the living room existing in the extension of the terrace. This space can be used as a small office area, with a desktop computer found there, as well as a router for wireless connection in the entire flat. img1d The two bedrooms situated on the same side of the flat are sunny from the moment you wake up until noon, the charm of the mornings one wakes up cuddled by the rays of the sun being unmatched.

    The second bedroom is ideal for a children’s room… being neither big nor small. Painted in café-au-lait shades, it is a peaceful and welcoming room.

    The bathrooms are completely tiled with tiles from Spain. The main bathroom has blue and white tiles; here, you can find a bathroom, a bidet, a toilet, and a coloured glass sink. As well as in the rest of the house, the water installation has mixer tap batteries set up. The big bathroom has two columns built in – they rend the bathroom chic, together with the blue glass bricks. img1e      The second bathroom is the same as the main bathroom, a combination of two colours for tiles, but this time – light and dark green.img1f A shower cabin has been set up in the second bath for those hot summer days.

     The hallway is quite large and tiled with tiles over its entire length. The washing machine is also set up here and we find that this is an excellent location for setting up a closet.

    The heating of the flat is realized by means of an flat thermal power plant with big radiators in the entire house. The thermal power plant has been purchased in December 2008 and has an 8 year warranty.
